The article analyses the factor of mobility within the European Union, presents the development of mobility in Poland as well as defines determinants influencing its development. The system of airport links in Poland was analyzed as part of the research, taking into account the nature of travel, the method and the duration of the journey. The overall conclusion emphasizes the essential levels of mobility management: adjusting supply to demand and travel behaviour through the development of air transport passengers.
