Jerzy Piotr Gwizdała

Abstract

Although, reverse mortgage is a product that has been present on the global markets for many years, in Poland it was introduced in 2014 and still is little known among the public and some financial institutions. The growth in popularity of reverse mortgages in Poland is doubtful due to demographic and socio-economic situations, and some legal issues.
