New mobility behaviours and their impact on creation of new business models
Agnieszka Szmelter , Henryk Woźniak
AbstractMegatrends developing in the global economy are mainly connected with social determinants influencing customer demand. A new generation, Y generation, declares other priorities than previous ones, what will result in the emergence of new mobility behaviour patterns. This in turn will be a drive for creation of new business models in particular sectors, for example in the automotive industry. The article presents these changes as well as autonomous vehicles and Mobility as a Service (MaaS) as concepts connected with future people mobility and new business models.
