Dekalog jako kryterium cywilizacyjne

Bogusław Górka

The main aim of the research work presented in this article is to demonstrate that the Decalogue is a legal code, not a moral one. In addition to laying the foundation for the civilization of God, the Decalogue as a code of law serves as a litmus test to verify every social-legal system. Thanks to the Decalogue, we can distinguish between our systems according to a completely unique criterion: the degree of civilization. On the basis of the Decalogue, I make the following distinctions: ethno-civilization, totalitarianism and sub-civilization.
