Professional status of politicins holding the highest state positions

Jakub Stelina

The paper considers issues of employment on political positions. There are three groups of workers in the public sector–state officials corps, auxiliary employees corps and so-called political corps. The latter refers to employment of persons who hold political posts (authoritative). These persons have a special legal status in many countries (e.g. France, Germany, Russia). Employment relationships of such persons are qualified in Poland as so-called constitutional law employment.
