О польском опыте международного сотрудничества по программе Comenius
AbstractThis article provides information about Comenius Assistantship programme and the possibilities, which students of the pedagogical faculties gain from the implementation of internships in European schools taking part in this program. The practice of Comenius Assistants programme effectiveness in Poland will be analyzed. The advantages of the international cooperation thanks to certain National Agencies of the “Life-lasting learning” are considered. Among them are rising motivation to learn foreign languages, introduction of the European style of teaching and improving its quality. As a positive example the “Comenius assistants” programme is described which was successfully in Polish schools. The author concludes that participation in the European programs offered by Erasmus + motivate both students and teachers to acquire new teaching skills and knowledge about foreign cultures and languages. The aspects of a comprehensive professional development, acquiring working experience with teenagers and in a different educational system are considered to be very important.
