Co zmieniają technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne w szkołach w krajach arabskich? Kulturowa koncepcja technologii

Hussein Bougsiaa

Abstract

Many Arab states have gone to great lengths to implement a quality change in their education systems, including an all-embracing, mandatory, free-of--charge education, from primary to higher schools. In the era of globalization, Arab countries have experienced an increase in the bottom-up initiatives in education, as well as the growing presence of international education organizations, which have expanded their activities in this cultural circle. The present article analyses the globalization processes, including the impact of technological modernization and its consequences for the changes taking place in the education industry in Arab countries.
